Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of goods from our warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Pick, pack, and label items according to packing lists and shipping instructions.
- Utilize shipping software to generate shipping labels and track packages.
- Coordinate shipments with various carriers and schedule pickups as needed.
- Ensure accuracy of shipment contents and shipping documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
- This role will also assist with product assembly.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use wrists and hands for long periods of time.
