Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations, including processing orders, shipping, and product assembly. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse management and assembly work, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Processing orders and overseeing shipping operations
- Managing and assisting with product assembly
- Hiring, training, and supervising production staff
- Providing leadership to the production team
- Enforcing quality standards and ensuring product quality
- Managing inventory on ecommerce platforms
- Managing warehouse inventory levels and coordinating with purchasing
- Monitoring and managing production schedules
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory tracking
- Maintains self-appearance, morals, comments, and gestures befitting a representative of Oxbow
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to remain stationary
- Repeated motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers
- Ability to go up and down mobile warehouse ladders while carrying boxes
