We are committed to innovation, quality, and performance, and we are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Strategist and Content Manager to join our team.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to manage our social media channels and grow our online presence. As a Social Media Strategist and Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating and posting engaging content, managing our ambassador program, organizing athlete rides and events, and attending trade shows throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Manage all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Grow our social media followings and engage with our online community
- Create and post engaging content, including photos, videos, and graphics
- Manage social media ads
- Create content for email marketing
- Take professional product photos and assist with creating product pages
- Manage our ambassador program and work closely with athletes to create content and promote our brand
- Organize athlete rides and events and promote them on social media
- Attend trade shows throughout the year and represent our brand
- Collaborate with other departments to create and implement social media campaigns
- Analyze social media metrics and use data to optimize our social media strategy
Qualifications
- Strong photo and video skills, with experience creating engaging content for social media
- Proficiency in Adobe editing software, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro
- Graphic design skills and experience creating graphics for social media
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for and experience riding dirt bikes and/or snowmobiles
- Ability to travel and attend trade shows throughout the year. Including helping to organize and setup our booth.
- Maintains self-appearance, morals, comments, and gestures befitting a representative of Oxbow
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to get out and film/photo using dirt bikes and snowmobiles
