Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers and dealers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Take customer and dealer orders via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Promptly respond to emails and online inquiries
  • Monitor and respond to social media questions or comments
  • Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
  • Provide product information and assistance to customers and dealers
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Create and maintain standard FAQs for products to assist customers and dealers

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
